Floral handmade cards

Greetings!

Good morning to all of you!

I am back with some versatile and beautiful floral cards. These cards can be turned to any occasion cards by adding the right sentiment. The flowers used on each of these cards were made using four different techniques.

To begin with I started off by blending watercolors for the background and once it dried I adhered the zebra pattern die cut on top. I enjoyed making it so much that I went ahead and made more than a couple.

The flower cluster created on this first card was hand cut from a floral pattern paper

In this second card the flowers were stamped and colored using Copic markers. The sentiment ‘Love’ is die cut using the Silhouette Cameo. I also added some sequins on this one.

The set of flowers on this third card were drawn on a shimmering vellum paper using the Cameo with a black marker pen from the Silhouette Cameo’s Sketch markers starter kit. I later cut it using the Cameo to get a perfect cut. The sentiment ‘Smile’ as well as the yellow frame was bought from the Silhouette design store and cut, again, using the Cameo. I decided to use some contrasting colors on this card.

Here is a closer look at the flowers. I even colored the vellum flowers lightly with the Copic markers.

This last card is my favorite from the lot. Here I have used mulberry flowers bought from a local store which I distressed and colored with my Copic markers. I hand drew the branch and the sentiment was stamped.

The glitter balls adhered in the center of these flowers are from Pie Lane.

I think these cards would be perfect for any occasion. They are all so vibrant and colorful that it would cheer anyone up!

That is all I have today. I hope you like my cards and get inspired to make one yourself.

Until next time,

Love,
