No Line Coloring Technique

How are you all today?

A lot has happened over the past month. My mom came over to stay with us for few weeks. It was fun times with her around, both Krisha and I got pampered to the fullest. And everybody knows the advent of mom in the household can only mean spoilt, pampered taste-buds and an expanded waistline. Sigh! But I miss her already..

Here is a quick selfie we took with her just the morning before she left.

Krisha is obsessed with ‘bindis’; ‘pottu’ (in Malayalam) as she calls them. She always steals it off her grandmom’s forehead to place it on her forehead and/or all over her body. So mom gave away all her ‘bindi’ packets to her before she left. You can only imagine K’s glee on receiving them. She just loves to play with them all the time.

Moms are the best!

We also made an unexpected trip to India due to some medical emergency within the family. Thankfully, everything went well and we got back home just last week; which explains my absence on the blog.

Okay, now on to the card I finished just last night.

I got this free image from You can find a lot of beautiful images to color on the website. Do check it out if you are looking for some.

This is my first try at no line coloring and heck it took me more than an hour to finish. I do need a lot more of practice to perfect it but I liked the finished product anyway. I used Silhouette sketch pens to outline the image later filled it with copic markers.

What do you guys think about my first try at no line coloring? Do let me know in the comments below.

Until next time,
