Pop of pink!

Hi all!

Did I tell you how I have slowly turned into a health freak? Chocolates don’t lure me anymore and the very sight of unhealthy food makes me want to throw up! No kidding. Its fruits and homemade food zindabaad for me. Infact all I feel like eating these days is apna good old South Indian food. omg! I did not realize until now how healthy they are. Anup and I are never tired of having Dosas.. Infact, we even have it for dinner sometimes.

Whats more? I’ve been losing weight considerably and every time I check the scale it makes me happier and motivates me even more to get to my goal. I recently read somewhere how eating healthy food can significantly boost your mood and energy and curb your stress. And I can totally vouch for that! So healthy food combined with a bit of Yoga and cardio in the gym keeps me busy these days.

So in celebration of my new and healthy lifestyle I decided to make a new card totally inspired by my new set of running shoes. hehe.. You may think how boring is that? Wait until you see it..

Cute eh? I looove my new shoes and they are super comfortable as well. Did you know? Wearing cute workout clothes is a motivational tool because it gives confidence to look good and the better you look and feel about yourself, the more productive and satisfying the workout will be. Trust me!! It works!! Anyhoo.. I guess.. that’s enough of gyaan for the day. Now lemme get on to the card.. 🙂

A very simple card. I could put this together in 20 minutes.

I learnt this highlighting and edging with emboss resist technique from one of Gina K’s videos. It is a fantastic way to highlight your silhouette stamps!

I really hope you liked my card and also my words of inspiration on living a healthy lifestyle! 🙂

Thanks for stopping by!
